LCA vs Collegiate School - State Championship game

LCA lost the state championship game on Saturday. BUT, it was a great day and the guys have a lot of character.

Eden and Wyatt, the athletic trainer's son. He's 8 months younger than Eden.

She loves to "watch feeball".

Collegiate School had a playground next to the football field. The kids got to play while Wyatt's mom, Autum, and I watched the game.

Random

indoor "sand" box.... I laid a sheet out and dumped a bunch of rice and couscous in a mixing bowl. She used a measuring cup and a spoon to take it in and out of the bowl. It bought me about 30 minutes of child-free cooking time. And the sheet made for easy clean-up. Thanks for the idea mom!



Eden was a lady bug for halloween. She LOVES candy!!!

Aquarium

We went to the aquarium in Virginia Beach for Eden's birthday. She thought the fish were cool... for the first 15 minutes :)

Funny emails

My friend Desiree occasionally posts english blunders from her student's papers. Here are a couple of recent emails that I have received:

how are you doing ?i know you are doing great by the grace of the Almighty.Please i would like to know what my ENGLISH test score was .Thank you.I am in the computer Lab,I can come to see you if want me to.bye"

Eden's Birthday and Baby GIRL #2!

Eden turned 2 on Sept 5th! She is counting to 10. Saying her prayers, which actually means that she repeats every other word that I say. Then I end up laughing

Eden opening her birthday presents... this was the extent of the "party."


The Laws got her twin baby dolls. Both of which immediately lost all clothing. We now have two naked dolls.


Eden preferred the boxes that the dolls came in.


We used Skype to let Gma and Gpa Law watch Eden open her presents from them.


Baby #2 is a girl :) My new due date is 2/2/10.
