Mommy and Daddy's first REAL date!

We went to Johnson's Orchard with Heather and Anthony Cuellar. It was fun to leave the kids behind!
We tasted a Chili Cooking Wine that was so hot we almost cried. We got to take our picture with the little devil-- and we got stickers that said "We kissed the devil."

Rookie managed to pull EVERYTHING off of our front porch the other night. I had bags of clothes and misc items to go to Goodwill. He was a busy bee!

It's Monday!

She's getting so big! She likes sitting on the couch and watching TV- even though she doesn't realize that she's watching TV :) However, she doesn't stay upright very long- she keeps throwing her head either to a side or straight forward. There have been quite a few face plants! I think she thinks it's a game because as soon as we set her up, she falls over again.


Answer me this:

We put her in bed when she's almost asleep. She's laying long ways in the middle of the crib. Then when we get her up in the morning or after her nap, she looks like this (she started with her feet to the left):


I think she may be the offspring of Chuck Norris :)

10 weeks old!

Eden has officially moved out of the sticking-her-tongue-out phase and into the grab-anything-and-everything phase. She holds on for dear life to anything she can get her tiny little fingers around. She has also managed to turn around 180 degrees in her crib and also wiggle out of her diaper. Brock is convinced that she'll be walking by Christmas :)

My brother, Andrew, is staying with us for all of his Thanksgiving break, so Eden is excited about having a live-in friend!

It was Homecoming at LU on Saturday. Eden was red, white and blued out... and so was her daddy!
