Spring break
Normally, the term "spring break" brings exitement and a vacation. This year, it only means work on the house, catching up on grad school and taking care of an infant and puppy. Things were much simpler last year. Eden is starting to get a little attitude, and by attitude, I mean that she will smile at everything and laugh at anything. However, she still hates baths. It doesn't matter if she's in the bathtub or the sink, if the water is hot or cold, if mom's in there with her... she hates it all. Our neighbors probably think we're beating her!
Her favorite past time is watching Rookie run around. Her high chair is her little observation tower. She stares intently and squirms when he licks her face. It's precious.
We're in the process of planning a trip to New York City and Boston this summer. It will be our first trip without Eden. Party!!
Here are a few pictures from daycare last week:

Fun with Kellen and Sierra
We took Eden to Baby Depot to "try out" different toys. We ended up with an exersauser and a high chair-- finally!

Eden loves learning to drive at Miss Cindies!

We hiked to the "LU" monogram on Liberty mountain. Sierra wins major brownie points for hiking the whole thing at 26 weeks pregnant! (thanks Kristen for Eden's new jacket!)

Washington DC with the Sympsons
Our friends, Kellen and Sierra Sympson, flew in from San Diego on Friday. We drove up to Washington, DC to pick them up an did the "DC" thing. We cruised through Georgetown and all the monuments at night, then we went to two museums and sight-seeing during the day. We had a great time! Eden spent the night/day with our friends Holly and Nathan.

February is already here....
Wow, Christmas (and the whole month of January) has come and gone- all without a post! I have so many pictures that it would take me hours to go through and post them all. Here are a few of the highlights:
Eden's snow outfit means an instant nap. It's so warm and snuggly-

Eden's new preferred sleeping position-

Eden's bath at Grandma's house-

Eden and Josiah, her little cousin that's 5 weeks older-

The Law-Farrel Family at Christmas-
Great Grandma Horner-

Eden's favorite fingers-<
