Basket fun
We went over to a friends house for a pre-Thanksgiving Dinner on Saturday night. Eden managed to find the basket that was next to the entertainment center. Before we knew it, she had taken everything out and gotten in it. But, then she was stuck :)

The toilet!

How cool is this!
I found an awesome place, the toilet, to wash my toys :)
A long time along Miss Cindie nicknamed me Curious George. Well I definitely lived up to my name this morning.
Yuck!!! So sorry, MOM :(
I love you bunches and bunches,
Eden
PS. By-the-way, Miss Cindie did give me a total scrub down and I'm now squeaky CLEAN!!!!!

Trip to Phoenix
I took Eden to Phoenix for 5 days while Brock stayed in Lynchburg. We had an eventful trip.
Flight to Phoenix: departs from Raleigh Durham at 10:40am
6:45 am- I'm frantically grabbing my luggage, the child, the food, the keys, and trying to get out the door.
6:53 am- left the house, a little later than anticipated.
7:29 am- realized I forgot my cell phone
7:58 am- the sun is now shining directly in Edens eyes. she's screaming.
8:17 am- pull into McDonalds parking lot to change the poopy diaper that I can smell from the front seat. I changed her in the car, laying cockeyed in half of the backseat.
9:01 am- get a flat tire in the middle of no where. literally.
9:03 am- Steve, our guardian angel, pulls over and helps me change it.
9:23 am- back on the road. the airport is 45 minutes away.
10:09 am- pull up to curbside checkin. the agent is slow as molasses. I have my legs permanently crossed from the liter of water I drank on the way down.
10:17 am- come to a screeching halt in the gas station parking lot. leave Eden in the car. go to the bathroom-- finally!
10:22 am- board the shuttle at the park and ride to get back to the airport.
10:30 am- run to the security line.
10:31 am- undress Eden (shoes & jacket), undress me, get the laptop, formula, snacks, etc out of the backpack.
10:36 am- try to grab everything, including the child that has wandered off.
10:38 am- arrive at the gate, out of breath, the plane has already been locked. they let us on.
10:40 am- we must take the first seat available. we snuggle in between two elderly people. yes, we took the middle seat between a married couple.
10:45 am- Eden freaks out because she's been in the car for over 3 hours and is now locked on my lap.
The next 4 hours have been erased from my memory :)
Eventually, we made it it Phoenix. The moral of the story is... NEVER travel alone!!
