It was Homecoming at LU on Saturday. Eden was red, white and blued out... and so was her daddy!
Eden loves her hand-me-downs from the Groves! Thanks Alicia!
Doesn't she look innocent
So she started in the middle of her crib laying long ways... she's quite the squirmer! She always wakes herself up because she pins her head against the side.
LCA always sings (more like yells) "Victory in Jesus" after every game with their helmets all together. It's really cool. The cooler part is that they even do it when they lose (which has only been once in the past 3 seasons).
Eden and I drove about an hour south to the varsity away game on Saturday. It was a perfect day and she was a perfect baby. She just chilled in stroller and coo'ed and looked around.
She doesn't like to be strapped in. She'd rather be "free"
Brock normally coaches from the skybox. But when you're in southwest Virginia, that often means a painters stand thats 4 ft off the ground.
We were headed to visit Brock during his break at LCA for the last time. It was a sad day! (And I'm not sure why she's taking a liking to flashing gang symbols)
Brock decked Eden out in her Nike apparel and then brought her into our room where he shouted "Put me in coach." She looked so athletic. Too bad she can't even sit up yet.
Right after her bath... she was all clean and happy!
Uncle Andrew was Eden's first babysitter! He watched her so that Brock and I could go out to dinner for my birthday. The good news is... they both survived!
Andrew took Rookie for his first ride in the truck.
Uncle Steven got to meet her and she was quite intrigued. Maybe it was the schizophrenic side of him that impressed her...
Eden is 5 weeks old...

Brock gave Eden a bath. As soon as he dried her off and carried her into the guest bedroom to put her clothes on her... she peed ALL over him, and the carpet, and her towel... it was so funny! She's 3 and 1/2 weeks old! Brock found the carrier thing and decided to give it a try. It's safe to say that she's not quite ready for it, and neither is Brock for that matter.
